Educational Qualification:
Accountant: officers under the Central Government /central Autonomous Bodies / State Government PSUs.
Accounts Officer: Successful completion of training in the cash and Accounts work in the ISTM or equivalent training course conducted by any of Government Department / PSU or any reputed organization and a minimum 4 years experience in cash, Accounts and Budget work.
