Eligibility for Field Assistant

  • Essential Qualification: Matric with +2 vocational in agriculture related subject. OR Matric with two years of working experience in relevant field. OR Matric with ITI.
  • Desirable:
    • Agriculture farm machinery operation skill certificate from recognized organization.
    • Experience in operation of tractor, power tiller, farm implements, etc.
    • Experiences in agricultural operation/laboratory assistance in recognized organization/Govt. Institutes.
    • Knowledge of local language preferably Odia/Hindi.

Salary/Stipend

Rs. 18,000/- per month (consolidated).

Age Limit

Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 50 years
(Relaxable for SC, ST, and OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms)

Selection Process

  • Walk-in-interview comprising written-cum-personal interview.
  • In case of a large number of candidates appearing for the walk-in-Interview, a screening test may be conducted to shortlist the candidates for interview.
  • The Institute may conduct skill test on agriculture farm machinery operation.

  • Eligible & desirous candidates are advised to bring one recent passport size photograph, original educational certificates (matriculation onwards) along with Xerox copy & experience certificate of relevant subject (as per advertisement) for appearing in walk-in-interview.
  • Biodata form to be downloaded from the website duly filled in to be deposited along with the copy of certificates during the certificate verification.
  • If currently employed, then the candidate will have to furnish no-objection certificate from the current employer for appearing in the interview.
  • No TA and DA for appearing in the interview are admissible.
