Key Terms & Conditions
- Temporary/Project-Based: All positions are purely temporary and on a project basis. They do not qualify candidates for any regular/permanent position.
- NOC: Candidates working in Government/PSU/Autonomous bodies must produce a 'No Objection Certificate' from their employer at the time of the interview.
- Shortlisting: The mere possession of prescribed qualifications does not entitle candidates to an interview. CMLRE may restrict the number of candidates based on desirable qualifications, academic performance, or relevant experience.
- Experience Counting: Experience is counted only after acquiring the minimum educational qualification. A Doctorate counts as 3 years' experience for scientific posts.
- Interview Basis: Selection is based solely on performance in the interview.
- Tenure: Selected candidates will be offered an appointment initially up to March 2027, with possible extensions of 2-3 years subject to performance review and approval.
- Reservations: Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwD candidates is applicable as per Government of India norms.
- Termination: CMLRE reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process or keep vacancies unfilled. The Section Officer/Consultant contract can be terminated if the assigned work is not satisfactory, or without any reason/notice.
