- Route A: Must have retired as Accounts Officer or Section Officer from a recognized government department.
- Route B: B.Com. from a recognized University with minimum 60% marks, along with 2 years of experience as Accounts Officer or Section Officer.

- Age Limit: 25 to 62 years.
