For Post: Executive Engineer (Civil) – Deputation Basis

• Officers Eligible for Deputation: Officers under the Central Government, State Governments, Union Territory Administrations, Public Sector Undertakings, Recognized Universities, Recognized Research Institutions, Autonomous Bodies, or Statutory Organizations.
• Current Post Requirement: Holding analogous post on a regular basis in the parent cadre or department; OR with 5 years of regular service in posts in Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15,600–39,100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6,600 or equivalent.
• Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institute or degree of Associate Member of Institute of Engineering in Civil Engineering (AMIE enrolled up to 31.05.2013); with 10 years of experience in the relevant field of Engineering in Government Sector.
• Desirable Qualification: Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or Institute.
• Age Limit: Not exceeding 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications (24 November 2026).
• Period of Deputation: One year, which can be extended up to three years.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

The selection for the Executive Engineer (Civil) post on deputation will be carried out through the following process:
