Location: Mumbai/South 02 Posts, Mumbai/North 01 Posts, Aburoad-01 Post, Ambala - 01 Post, Prayagraj/West- 01 Posts, Gaya- 01 Post 3. Duration: 3 years extendable to 5 years (subject to exemption by DPE from the rule of immediate absorption) 4. Service: IRSE/Officers of Engg. Deptt. of Indian Railways, officers of central Govt./ CPSUs etc.(as mentioned above) 5. Term of Appointment: Deputation 6. Scale of Pay: Parent pay plus deputation allowance (And all other Perks and Allowances applicable as per DFCCIL policy). 7. Specific Requirements: a. DY. CPM (AGM): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous grade (Level-13A) in the relevant discipline or in Selection Grade (Level-13) with minimum 12 years in Group A in the relevant discipline or in Rs. 90000-240000 (lDA) (E6) with four years' service in the grade. b. DY. CPM (JGM): Central/State Govt. officers working in analogous substantive grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in Junior Administrative Grade (JAG) (Level12) with 8-12 years' service in Group A in the relevant discipline or PSU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 80000-220000 (lDA) (E5) with four years' service in the grade c. PM (DGM)- Central/State Govt. officers holding Sr. Scale (Level-L1) posts or Central/State Govt. officers with 10 years service in Group B and holding cadre posts in Level 10 in their parent Cadre or PsU employees working in analogous grade in relevant discipline or in Rs. 70000- 200000 (IDA) (E4) with four years' service in the grade 8. Job Description: (i) Preparation of Resettlement and Rehabilitation plan and its monitoring/implementation in coordination with World Bank and CPMS. (ii) Implementation/Monitoring of NRRP and entitlement matrix. (iii) Finalisation of tenders/quotation as convenor for various consultative/studies concerning "Social Impact of land acquisition. The Indian Railways' quadrilateral linking the four metropolitan cities of Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai and Howrah, commonly known as the Golden Quadrilateral ; and its two diagonals (Delhi-Chennai and Mumbai-Howrah), adding up to a total route length of 10,122 km comprising of 16% of the route carried more than 52% of the passenger traffic and 58% of revenue earning freight traffic of IR. The existing trunk routes of Howrah-Delhi on the Eastern Corridor and Mumbai-Delhi on the Western Corridor were highly saturated, line capacity utilization varying between 115% to 150%.
