Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Essential Qualification: Certificate of Competency as Master of a foreign-going ship issued by the Ministry of Shipping, Govt. of India (or an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry).
- Experience: Must have at least one year of post-qualification experience as Master/Chief Officer of a foreign-going ship.

Selection Process
