The Defence Innovation Organisation (DIO) is looking to hire 3 Program Executives for its iDEX team having experience in working for promoting innovation and entrepreneurship and creating awareness at the grass-root level. Detailed job description
1. Post Name: Program Executive
2. No of Posts: 03
3. Period of Contract:
Initially for a period of 2 years (can be extended up to 5 years — one year at a time, on the recommendation of the DIO Board). In case a person leaves before completion of one year, he/she will not get any work certificate.
4. Remuneration (per month):
A total consolidated amount of Rs.100000 per month out of which Rs 20,000/- would be performance based pay based on monthly appraisal each month inclusive of Transport Allowance and all taxes. There shall be an annual increase of Rs.IO,000/- per month subject to satisfactory performance.
5. Qualification: At least a Master's Degree in Science, Management or Technology, with minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree holders with relevant and sufficient experience may be considered
6. Desirable: Experience and in the innovation entrepreneurship ecosystem. Experience in consulting, project management, or IT operations
7. Job Description:
Program operations Collaboration and partner management Qualitative and Quantitative Analysis Communications and Outreach Documentation and Compliance Grant Management Any other task assigned from time to time.

Selection Procedure
Shortlisted candidates may be called for an in-person interview to New Delhi. Other terms and conditions for the engagement will be notified to shortlisted applicants at a later date.
