Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Secretary: Graduate degree from a recognized University. Must be an Officer holding analogous post on regular basis OR meet specific service and pay level criteria in Central/State/UT Civil services.
- Joint Secretary: Graduate degree from a recognized University. Officers holding analogous post on regular basis OR with specified regular service in Pay Levels 10, 8, or 6.
- Dy. Director (Consumer Assistance): Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized University/Institution. Demonstrated ability in dealing with consumer problems. 5 years' experience in the power sector in areas directly connected to end users. Officers holding analogous posts or with regular service in Level-10, Level-8, or Level-6.
- Personnel Officer: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Officers holding analogous post on regular basis in Central/State Govt. or any PSU under Central/State Govt. OR with 6 years' regular service in the pay matrix Level-6.
- Assistant Accounts Officer: Commerce Graduate from a recognized university. 06 years' regular service in Junior Accounts cadre of a Central/State Govt. or any PSU/Corporation under Central/State Govt. with at least 4 years' experience in the accounts branch.
