Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
- Executive Director (Tariff): Post Graduate Degree in Economics / MBA (Finance) from a recognized University OR Graduate Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering. Experience as a professional economist / power engineer, development of tariff in power sector utilities, commercial enterprises.
- Executive Director (Engineering): Graduate Degree in Electrical / Power Engineering or equivalent. Experience in large public utilities with generation, transmission and distribution facilities, development of Electricity Tariffs, Commercial Issues and Power Purchase Agreements.
- Joint Director (Tariff-Finance): Post Graduate in Finance/ Accountancy / Commerce OR CA/ICWA. Experience in Financial Analysis of Investment decisions in Power Sector.
- Deputy Director (Tariff Accounts and Financial Analysis): Post Graduate Degree in Accountancy or equivalent OR Qualified Chartered Accountant OR ICWA OR Post Graduate Degree in Finance. Experience in professional accounting and management of staff, financial analysis of investment decisions.
- Deputy Director (Tariff Economics): Post Graduate Degree in Economics / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. Experience in economic analysis, financial procedure in commercial enterprises / Government accounting procedures.
- Deputy Director (Info-Tech): Graduate degree in Computer Science OR related Field. Adequate experience of handling computer systems in Govt. Department / PSU OR large private organization including managerial responsibilities.
- Assistant Director (Info-Tech): Engineering Graduate in Computer Science/Information Technology OR MCA. Project work in RDBMS OR Web enabled projects, Two years' experience in Operation and Maintenance of LAN in large organization.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
The selection process for DERC Recruitment 2026 will be based on the following stages:
