Delhi Technological University (DTU), Department of Software Engineering, has invited applications for the engagement of Guest Faculty on a purely temporary basis for the upcoming even semester session (Jan 2026 to April 2026). Interested candidates possessing the required qualifications and experience can send their resume to the department email by 3rd January 2026.
Eligible candidates must attend the walk-in interview scheduled for 5th January 2026 at 11:00 AM in the Department of Software Engineering, DTU. The engagement is temporary, and payment will be made on an hourly basis as per university norms. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.

Eligibility for Guest Faculty (All Subjects)
- Essential Qualification:
Option 1: B.E./B.Tech and M.E./M.Tech in relevant branch with 1st class or equivalent either in B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech from a recognized University.
Option 2: 1st class MCA and 1st class in M.Tech in relevant branch from a recognized University.

Salary & Stipend
Payment will be made on an hourly basis as per university norms. The rate of remuneration is Rs. 1750 per hour + TA (as per Annexure-II).

Selection Process
Selection will be based on a Walk-in Interview. In case of a large number of applications, the department may adopt shortlisting/screening criteria based on the credentials of the candidates.
