Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA in the following qualifications (any of the below):

• Option 1: M.E./M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Cyber Security / Artificial Intelligence / Electronics & Communications / Mathematics & Computing or a closely related discipline.
• Option 2: B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering / Information Technology / Software Engineering / Cyber Security / Artificial Intelligence / Electronics & Communications / Mathematics & Computing or a closely related discipline.
• Option 3: Bachelor’s degree in Sciences/Computer Applications + Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA). Requirement: Mathematics must have been studied at B.Sc./B.C.A level.

2. Desirable Qualifications (Preference in Selection)

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with:

• M.E./M.Tech Candidates: 01 year of relevant post-qualification experience.
• B.E./B.Tech/MCA Candidates: 02 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• National Eligibility Tests: Candidates who have qualified CSIR-UGC NET (including Lectureship/Assistant Professorship) or GATE.

3. Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years.
• Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India / DTU / funding agency norms (SC/ST/OBC/PwD).

4. Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge of Machine Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with research methodologies and performance metrics.
• Basic proficiency in Python for experimentation.
• Experience in technical writing and research publication.
• Version control tools (e.g., Git).

Selection Process

This is Direct Recruitment and does NOT involve a written competitive examination (Prelims/Mains). The selection process consists of:

1. Shortlisting: Based on eligibility, educational qualifications, and relevant experience.
