Educational Qualification: 10th pass, a valid driving license (LMV/HMV), at least 3 years' driving experience, and knowledge of basic vehicle mechanics to fix minor defects, plus physical fitness and good eyesight, with some roles preferring Home Guard/Civil Volunteer experience and Hindi/English language skills
