Eligibility for General Manager (CS&BD)

• Essential Qualification: Full Time regular B.Tech / BE degree in Engineering from AICTE/UGC recognized/NAAC accredited institute affiliated to an Indian university/Global University of repute or equivalent.
• Desirable: Officers possessing MBA (HR) / MBA (Marketing) in addition to the B.Tech/BE degree in Engineering shall be given preference.
• Experience: Recruitment is on deputation basis for officers under Central/State Governments, PSUs, or Statutory/Autonomous organizations holding analogous posts or having specific service length in relevant pay levels (Level-13 CDA, E7, or E6 levels as detailed in the notification).
• Age Limit: Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 55 years as on the closing date of receipt of application.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Overall head of Project Planning, HR & Admin and Corporate Strategy and Business Development.
• Identify, appraise, and structure new PPP projects (BOT, DBFOT, HAM models) including appointment of Transaction Advisors, Technical Consultants.
• Identifying transformational market opportunities and leading high-stakes negotiations.
• Identification and development of Road and Rail connectivity projects and support infrastructure.
• Maintaining relations with stakeholders and market players relating to cargo.
• Recruitment, induction, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, training & development, compliance.
