EDII Invites Applications For The Post Of Project Officer
1. Post Name: Project Officer

3. Location: Bengaluru – 01, Thrissur – 01
4. Qualification & Experience:
a. Master’s Degree in Rural Management/social work/ Economics/MBA
b. Must have 3 years’ of experience in Micro enterprise/ Entrepreneurship Development/ Self Employment/ Livelihood/ Women’s related schemes and projects.
c. The candidate should possess good documentation and reporting skills, high degree of computer literacy, data analysis ability and good communication ability with fluency in English and Hindi.
5. Job Description:
a. Selected project officers will be responsible to provide guidance and counseling of potential and existing entrepreneurs for setting up and development of small and micro enterprises.
b. Assisting the micro and small enterprise in developing technology and forward linkages
c. Organizing workshops and training programmes for NGOs/Institutions and Entrepreneurs.
d. Networking and liaisoning with key stakeholder’s viz. Funding agencies, Development banks, government departments, NGOs and Potential and Existing Entrepreneurs.
e. Preparing project reports
f. Reporting to sponsoring agencies
6. Type of Employment: On Contractual basis.
7. Maximum Remuneration: Rs. 30,000 – 35000 p.m.

The Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India (EDII) is an autonomous organization that was established in 1983 with the aim of promoting entrepreneurship education, research, training and institution building. It is based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
EDII offers a variety of programs and courses to support aspiring entrepreneurs and existing business owners. These include short-term and long-term training programs, management development programs, entrepreneurship development programs, and online courses.
The institute has partnerships with various organizations and institutions in India and around the world to promote entrepreneurship and support the growth of startups. It has also undertaken research and consultancy projects for the government and other organizations on various aspects of entrepreneurship and enterprise development.
EDII has been recognized as a Centre of Excellence by the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of India, and has been awarded the prestigious National Entrepreneurship Award in 2017.
