Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Officer-In Charge

• Essential: Only retired Service Officers from Indian Army/Indian Navy/Indian Air Force should be drawing pension from Defence Estimates through CDA. Must be retired Service Officer with pension from Defence.

• Desirable: Refer to official notification

Eligibility for Medical Officer

• Essential: MBBS
• Experience: Refer to official notification
• Desirable: Refer to official notification

Eligibility for Dental Officer

• Essential: Merit in BDS
• Experience: Refer to official notification
• Desirable: PG/Other Additional Qualification

Eligibility for Pharmacist

• Essential: B Pharma and Diploma in Pharmacy

• Desirable: Refer to official notification

Eligibility for Laboratory Technician

• Essential: BSc (Medical Laboratory Technology) OR Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized institution OR DMLT/Class I Laboratory Tech Course (Armed Forces)

Eligibility for Nurse/Nursing Assistant

• Essential: GNM Diploma/Class-I Course (Armed Forces)

Eligibility for Dental Assistant/Hygienist Technician

• Essential: Diploma holder in dental hygienist/Class-I DH/DORA Course (Armed Forces)

• Essential: Graduate/Class I Clerical Trade (Armed Forces)
• Experience: Refer to official notification
• Desirable: Proficient in Office Assistance. Preference shall be given to individuals enrolled in Office Assistance

• Essential: Class 8th or Class I MT Driver (Armed Forces). Possess a civil driving license (LMV)

• Desirable: Preference shall be given to Class 8th or GD Trade for Armed Forces persons. Preference shall be given to individuals proficient in Office Assistance

• Essential: Class 8th or GD Trade Armed Forces

Important Dates

Selection Process

Selection will be based on interview performance. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated through e-mail. Candidates must bring all original certificates, marks sheets, degree, work experience, discharge book, PPO, Service Records, and 02 passport size colour photographs at the time of interview. Reporting time is 1000 hrs on 13/02/2026 at Station HQ, Gaya. No TA/DA is admissible.
