Educational Qualification:
General Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture.
Additional General Manager: Full Time Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Labour Welfare.
Deputy General Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in any discipline.
Manager: Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
Deputy Manager: Full Time Graduate and full time LLB. The LL.B. Degree must be obtained from a University / Institution recognized by Bar Council of India.
Assistant Manager: Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical Engineering with 60% overall marks or equivalent CGPA (55% overall marks or equivalent CGPA for OBC/ST). For more details, please refer to official notification.

INR
30000-260000/- Per Month
Age Limit: Maximum 52 Years.
