1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess the following qualifications as on 01 March 2026:

• For Technical Posts (Executive Director, GM, AGM): Four years full-time Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in disciplines like Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Marine, Civil, Production, or Naval Architecture.
• For GM (Tech-Commercial): Engineering Degree OR Full-time Graduation with 2 years MBA/PG Diploma in Material Management/Supply Chain.
• For Senior Manager (Admin): Full-time Graduate in any discipline (Desirable: MBA/PG Diploma in Management).
• Important: Only full-time degrees are accepted. Part-time/Correspondence courses are not valid.

2. Post-Qualification Experience

• Executive Director: 26 years of experience in Shipbuilding/Design/Repair.
• General Manager: 22 years of experience in relevant fields.
• AGM: 20 years of experience.
• Senior Manager: 11 years of experience in General Administration/Event Management.
