Educational Qualification: General Manager - (01 Post): Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in the discipline of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Marine Engineering / Civil / Production / Naval Architecture. Additional General Manager - (01 Post): Full Time Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Labour Welfare. Deputy General Manager - (01 Post): Four years full time degree in Engineering or equivalent in any discipline OR Full Time Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree in Management / PG Diploma in Management or equivalent in any Management discipline. Manager - (04 Posts): Chartered Accountant (CA)/ Cost & Management Accountant (CMA). Deputy Manager - (04 Posts): Full Time Graduate with 02 years full time MBA / PG Degree / PG Diploma or equivalent in Human Resource Management / Human Resource Development / Personnel Management / Industrial Relations / Social Work / Labour Welfare.
