Educational Qualification: M.Sc

Walk-In-Interview will be conducted for following purely project based temporary position of Project Assistant (01) under Himachal Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (HPPCL) funded project and Junior Research Fellow/Junior Project Fellow (JRF/JPF 01) under NMHS funded project at Himachal Regional Centre of the Institute.

3. salary :Rs. 24,000/- p.m. fixed

4. Essential Qualification : First class Master Degree in Environmental Science/Zoology/ Remote Sensing & GIS /Soil Science from a recognized University with one year research experience

5. Desirable : Preference will be given to the candidate having at least one year research experience on data collection, data analysis, documentation, organization of meetings & training programs, and knowledge on RS/GIS software including ERDAS Imagine and Arc GIS

3. Salary :Rs. 31,000 + HRA per month as per institute norms (for NET qualified) and Rs. 20,000 + HRA per month as per institute norms (NonNET)

4. Essential Qualification : M. Sc in Botany, Biotechnology, Biochemistry and Environmental Science from a recognized university

5. Desirable : Preference will be given to the candidate having work experience in high altitude areas of the state having experience in the R&D based projects
