- Para Pump Operator: Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the trade of Electrician/Wireman/Diesel Mechanic/Pump Mechanic/Motor Mechanic/Pump Operator Cum Mechanic from a recognized ITI. OR Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the above trades under a Government Skill Development Scheme.
- Para Fitter: Matriculation (10th) with an ITI certificate in the trade of Fitter/Plumber from a recognized ITI/Institute. OR Matriculation (10th) with a certificate in the above trade under a Government Skill Development Scheme.
- Multipurpose Worker: Middle Pass or its equivalent from a school recognized by the State Government. Candidates must attach a detailed marks sheet of Middle Standard.
Selection Process & Screening Clause
Para Pump Operator & Para Fitter (Total Marks: 10)
- Percentage of marks in Matriculation (calculated out of 5).
- BPL Family status (1 mark).
- Relevant experience with JSV/HPPWD/CPPWD/PSUs or outsourcing agency (0.5 marks per completed 6 months, max 2 marks).
- Skill Test and Physical Test (2 marks).
Multipurpose Worker (Total Marks: 10)
- Percentage of marks in Middle Standard (calculated out of 6).
- Minimum 6 months' experience in HP Govt./Semi-Govt. organization or outsourcing agency (0.5 marks per completed 6 months, max 2 marks).
- Physical Test (2 marks).
Screening Clause: The skill/physical test date will be intimated separately after initial document scrutiny. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the skill or physical test.
