Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Associate Professor in Pharmacology

• Essential Qualification: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph. D) Degree in the relevant field from a recognized University/Institution and first class or equivalent at either Bachelor's or Master's level in the relevant branch. At least six research publications in Science Citation Index (SCI) journals/University Grants Commission (UGC)/All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) approved list of journals.
• Experience: Minimum of eight years of experience in Teaching/Research/Industry out of which at least two years shall be post PH. D. experience.
• Language: Knowledge of Konkani is essential. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.

Eligibility for Assistant Entomologist

• Essential Qualification: Master’s degree in Entomology, or in Zoology, with specialization in Entomology, of a recognized University, or equivalent.
• Experience: About 2 years research experience preferably in Medical Entomology (Qualifications relaxable at Commission’s discretion in case of candidates otherwise well qualified).
• Language: Knowledge of Konkani is essential. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.

Eligibility for Junior Scientific Officer (Food)

• Essential Qualification: Post-Graduate in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Food Technology or Microbiology or Food and Drugs from a University established in India by law or is an Associate of the Institution of Chemists (India) by examination in the section of Food Analysis conducted by the Institution of Chemists (India) and has not less than 3 years of experience after Post Graduation in the Analysis of Food in a laboratory recognized by the Government or in the combined food and drugs laboratory of the Directorate of Food and Drugs Administration, Government of Goa. Must have been declared qualified for appointment as a Public Analyst by a Board appointed and notified by the Central Government for such purpose.
• Language: Knowledge of Konkani is essential. Knowledge of Marathi is desirable.

Not exceeding 45 years.
