1. Post Name: Manager Platform Operations

2. Key Responsibility Areas:

a. Responsible for proactive handling and monitoring of operations and backend issues on the platform to ensure superior buyer and seller experience

b. Manage a team of internal executives and external vendors to run real-time control tower operations for the marketplace

c. Establish platform SLAs, SOPs and adherence frameworks for buyer and seller related workflows

d. Responsible for UI/UX monitoring, watch listing & blacklisting as well as quality checks on the platform

e. Own buyer and seller experience KPIs, ensure proactive resolution of all buyer and seller experience related issues on the platform

f. Own and drive business initiatives related to improving marketplace operations in collaboration with functional leads

3. Professional Experience: Minimum 4 years experience in platform operations, customer experience or process excellence in the ecommerce space

4. Qualifications and Skill Sets: Graduate /Post Graduate degree in computer science /IT /Electronics from a reputed institute

5. Other Skills:

1. Post Name: Director-Category Management

2. Professional Experience: Minimum 6 years’ experience in the e-commerce space as a vendor/category manager or similar role of which at least 3 years leadership experience managing teams

3. Educational qualification: Graduate /Post-Graduation in Management from a reputed institute Graduation in the field of Engineering shall be preferred.

4. Other Skills: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding and fast paced high growth environment.

5. Job Description:

i. To work as Category Owner for a group of Products and / or Services, monitoring and managing the entire spectrum of activities related to such categories starting from Creation of category specifications framework till the maintenance of market health of such categories

ii. Responsible for the overall strategy of a product/service category or group of categories, driving business growth and achieving volume and revenue targets for the category

iii. Providing relevant inputs to concerned nodal officers for RTI cases, Public Grievances, Parliament Questions, Audit Queries / Paras etc. related to their categories.

iv. Management & review of Business Rules of GeM from time to time and updating the Business Rules, process flow etc. to comply with latest Govt. guidelines.

b. Supervision of / furnishing of various reports / returns etc. related to their categories.attending to and replying to / preparing draft replies to - MP / VIP references, complaints etc. concerning their categories Providing relevant inputs to concerned nodal officers for RTI cases, Public Grievances, Parliament Questions, Audit Queries / Paras etc. related to their categories.

5. Job Description:

a. Responsible for overall seller journey design, seller onboarding & processes, overall seller engagement and communication. Support in building the seller ecosystem and responsible for identification & growth of the seller base Support in setting up new processes and procedures for seller management.

b. Communication with sellers and follow up on seller issues with respective stakeholders. Understand and address seller pain points and provide support related to the seller journey Responsible for seller onboarding, seller engagement, seller retention and maintaining the quality of seller base.

5. Job Description:

a. Responsible for key account management i.e. managing a portfolio of accounts • Each KAM will serve as the Point of Contact (POC )for multiple buyer accounts (based on total buyer accounts) Responsible for driving adoption within buyer organizations

b. a. Responsible for managing all aspects of a successful platform throughout its lifecycle, including platform strategy development, customer insights/needs, and requirements definition Partner with the other business leaders to define and drive substantial parts of the customer experience for the respective platform modules

Defines the platform roadmap, product metrics, conduct user interviews, work with MSP to prepare the Business requirement documents, writes the process requirement document & work with design team to build the design wireframes/working prototypes Closely works with support team to identify the issues faced by the users in the respective module
