Educational Qualification: Junior Office Assistant: 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education/University OR Matriculation from a recognized Board of School Education with one/ two Diploma/ Certificate years Industrial Training Institute (ITI) in information technology (IT) and information from Technology Enabled Sectors (ITES) as notified by Director General of Employment & Training, Govt. of India from time to time of three years Diploma in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science/ IT from a Polytechnic as approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Steno Typist: i) Should have an examination or its equivalent from a recognized Board of School Education/ University ii) Should possess the following speed in shorthand and typewriting in both languages ie English and Hindi at the time of initial appointment. passed 10+2 iii) Should have the knowledge of word processing prescribed by the recruiting authority. Knowledge of customs manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

Pay Scale: INR 5910-20200/- (Per Month)

Age Limit: 18-45 Years.

Selection Procedure

Candidates will be selected based on written test/personal interview/medical test/ walk-in interview. Candidates will be shortlisted based on the given criteria.

1. No TA/ DA will be payable to the applicant for appearing in the written/viva voice test. 2. The application form complete in all respects may be sent to the Executive Director (Pers.)
