Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Technician (Diploma) Apprentices

• Essential: Diploma in the respective branch of Engineering from Recognized State Board of Technical Education.
• Experience: Candidates who have undergone/undergoing or already registered in NATS Contract of Apprentice elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.
• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years as on 31/12/2025.

Eligibility for General Stream Graduate Apprentices

• Essential: Graduation (B.Com/B.Sc./B.C.A) in the respective discipline from Recognized University.
• Experience: Candidates who have undergone/undergoing or already registered in NATS Contract of Apprentice elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.
• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years as on 31/12/2025.

Eligibility for Engineering Graduate Apprentices

• Essential: B.Tech./B.E. in the respective discipline from Recognized Board/University.
• Experience: Candidates who have undergone/undergoing or already registered in NATS Contract of Apprentice elsewhere are not eligible. Candidates with work experience of one or more years are not eligible.
• Age Limit: 18 to 26 years as on 31/12/2025.

General Eligibility & Documents

• Passing Year: Candidates passed their respective course in the year 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 are only eligible.
• NATS Registration: Candidates should register on NATS 2.0 portal and obtain a system generated Registration Number.
• Documents Required: Valid Aadhaar Card, SSC/SSLC Certificate, Degree/Diploma Certificates & Marks Sheets, Caste Certificate (if applicable), NATS Registration details.

Selection Process

The selection of the candidate will be on the merit basis as per marks scored in the prescribed qualification only (Diploma/Degree/Graduation). There will be no written test or interview. Merit will be determined based on the percentage of marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
