HOCL requires personnel for appointment on REGULAR BASIS to the following posts.

Deputy General Manager (Finance) / Chief Manager (Finance) - Graduate with CA 1 CMAI MBA (FIN
Chief Engineer (Mechanical)/ Manager (Mechanical) - Degree in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University I Institute
Manager (Production) / Deputy Manager (Production) / Assistant Manager (Production) - - Degree in Chemical Engineering from any reputed University / Institute
3. Experience:
a. Deputy General Manager (Finance): 12 (Twelve)
b. Chief Manager (Finance): 9 — 10 (Nine to Ten)
4. Candidates should have post qualification experience in accounts I audit section of Finance department of any large commercial I industrial undertaking. The candidates are expected to have exposure to budgetary control, export, import, investment decision, project finalization, finance resource mobilization, compilation of accounts, internal audit, cost audit, cost analysis, computerization, taxation matters etc.
5. Chief Engineer (Mechanical): 9— 10 (Nine to Ten) Manager (Mechanical): 7 — 8 (Seven to Eight) Manager (Production): 7 — 8 (Seven to Eight) Deputy Manager (Production) : 4— 5 (Four to Five) Assistant Manager (Production): 3 (Three)

7. Posting: Posting will be at Kochi. However, the company at its discretion may depute the Officer at any of its Offices I Projects anywhere in India as per its requirement.
Pay Scale: INR 20600 - 62000(Per Month)
Age Limit: 35 to 45 yrs

The short listing of candidates for selection process shall be at the discretion of the Company and the decision in this matter will be final and binding.
