Salary (per month): Agniveer Package: 1st Year: ₹30,000, 2nd Year: ₹33,000, 3rd Year: ₹36,500, 4th Year: ₹40,000 (includes 30% contribution to Agniveer Corpus Fund).
Selection Procedure:
- Phase I – Written Test: General English (15 marks) and General Knowledge (15 marks) at Class 10 level. Minimum 5 marks per subject and 15/30 overall to qualify.
- Phase II – Physical Fitness Test (PFT): Height check (min 152 cm) → 1.6 km run in 7 minutes → 10 push-ups, 10 sit-ups, 20 squats within stipulated time.
- Phase III – Stream Suitability Test (SST): Qualifying test assessing aptitude for Hospitality or Housekeeping stream.
- Phase IV – Medical Examination: As per IAF medical standards.
