Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification

• Foreman of Stores:
  • Option A: Master's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration from a recognized University/Institute with at least 1 year of experience in handling stores and keeping accounts in Central/State Government, Statutory/Autonomous Organisation, PSU, University, recognized Institution, Bank, or listed private sector company.
  • Option B: Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Business Studies, or Public Administration OR Diploma in Material Management, Warehousing Management, Purchasing, Logistics, or Public Procurement with at least 2 years of experience in stores handling and accounts in the above-mentioned organizations.

Selection Process & Screening Clause

• Scrutiny of Applications: Applications will be verified, and eligible candidates will receive admit cards by post. Shortlisted names will be published on the official website.
• Document Verification: To be conducted on the day of the examination with original documents issued on or before 03 November 2026.
• Written Examination: Pen-and-paper objective test with 80 questions (1 mark each, no negative marking) covering Mathematics, Mental Ability, General Awareness, English, and profession-related topics. Duration: 1 hour. Passing marks: UR/EWS – 40, ST – 36.
• Exam Centers: New Mangalore and Bhubaneswar.
• Merit List: Prepared based on marks obtained in the written examination.
• Travel Reimbursement: Eligible ST candidates will be reimbursed 2nd Class rail/bus fare upon submitting original tickets (not applicable if residing within 30 km or already in government service).
