Educational Qualification: M.Phil/Ph.D
Applications are invited for recruitment of following purely project based temporary positions under various projects at Division of Forestry Statistics, ICFRE HQ, ICFRE, FRI Campus, Dehradun.
1. Post Code: PC-01/RA-III/Jan-2022
2. Project Details – Assessment of socio-ecological vulnerability to climate change among agroforestry managers along an altitude gradient in the Eastern Himalayas
3. Period: Three Years (2020 -2022)
4. Responsibility: All project related work/activities of scientific/technical/official nature

6. Educational requirement/Experience: PhD or Three Years Research Experience after Master's in any of the subject (Environmental Sciences/ Forestry/ Agricultural Economics/ Geography); or, M.Tech. in Remote Sensing in Forestry with three year's experience
7. Desirable: Exposure to RS&GIS Evidence of scientific research as paper/ dissertation
8. Salary: @ ₹ 54,000 + hostel accommodation/HRA only

Selection Procedure
The interested candidate may appear before the selection committee with their original certificates, mark sheets with a self-attested photocopy of each and a recent passport size photograph along with the bio-data.
How to Apply:
Candidates having appropriate qualifications in relevant subject/specialization with consistently good academic records and experience may appear in a Walk-In-Interview on 10th January, 2022. Interested candidates have to appear with their filled Application Form in the prescribed format along with following documents in the interview.
a. One page for prescribed application form;
b. Attachment of Certificate: High School, Intermediate, Bachelor and Masters, each and one additional page for Ph.D. Degree, (applicable only for RA),
c. One page CV,
d. Details for experience (if applicable),
e. One page containing evidence of two best scientific papers (first page of both the published papers in one page each) in SCI Journal (if applicable).
f. One page writeup for M.Tech Dissertation/ Ph.D. Thesis.
