1. Post Name: Director

2. Eligibility:

i. The applicant shall be a distinguished academic with Ph.D or equivalent having at least fifteen years of teaching or research experience and shall have worked as a Full Professor at a reputed institution for at least seven years; or shall have industry experience at a higher level of least fifteen years and a PhD with academic administrative experienceor teaching

ii. The applicant's age shall not be more than sixty years as of 1 January 2022

iii. The applicant should be an Indian Citizen or an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI)

3. The applicant must have significant experience in a premium business school of research, teaching and administrative experience of several years. The Institute is looking for an individual who is passionate about institution building and has the experience of working with multiple stakeholders including the government.

4. Remuneration:

The Director shall be entitled to the Pay Scale in level 17, under the 7th CPC, and as revised from time to time by the Government of India. The Director will also be authorised to draw other allowances as provisioned under the IIM Rules 2018 and the rules of the Government of India.
