Educational Qualification: Ph.D. degree in statistics/ applied mathematics/ engineering/ economics /demographics or public health with minimum 12 years relevant experience. Minimum of twelve (12) years experience in overseeing, managing, and coordinating large projects & minimum of three (3) years in a similar position working for a government, international NGO, donor agency, or international organization and providing support to development projects. Applicants should have sufficient experience in managing large multi-institutional projects, and working with large teams from diverse backgrounds. Prior experience working in responsible positions on International projects is a requirement.
