Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Madras Invites Application for 4 Project Scientist-I Recruitment 2026

Candidates who wish to apply for the IIT Madras Project Scientist - I Recruitment 2026 must apply online through the official IC&SR portal.

1. Visit Application Portal: Go to the official IC&SR IIT Madras careers page: https://icandsr.iitm.ac.in/careers/current_openings.php.
2. Register/Login: Register using a valid email ID and create a login. Keep your login credentials for future reference.
3. Find Advertisement: Check for Advertisement No. Advt.132/2026 and click on the link to apply for the Project Scientist - I position.
4. Fill Application Form: Fill in the online application form with accurate personal, educational, and experience details.
5. Select Post: Ensure you are applying for the correct position. If applying for more than one position, select all before final submission.
6. Review & Submit: Review all details carefully before final submission. The application cannot be edited or reverted once submitted.
7. Confirmation: After successful submission, take a printout of the application form. This will be required at the time of the document verification/interview. Hard copy of the application is NOT to be sent to the Institute.

Note: Candidates working in any project at IIT Madras must apply through the proper channel and will need a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) to appear for the test/interview.
