Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Technician Apprentice (Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation/Civil/Electrical & Electronics/Electronics)

  • Essential: 3 years regular full time Diploma in relevant Engineering with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Eligibility for Trade Apprentice (Fitter/Electrician/Electronics Mechanic/Instrument Mechanic/Machinist)

  • Essential: Matric with regular full time 2 year ITI in relevant trade recognized by NCVT/SCVT.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Eligibility for Graduate Apprentice

  • Essential: Regular full time Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Eligibility for Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator (Fresher)

  • Essential: Class 12th with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Eligibility for Trade Apprentice - Data Entry Operator (Skill Certificate Holders)

  • Essential: Class 12th + Skill Certificate of ‘Domestic Data Entry Operator’ for training less than one year.
  • Experience: No prior experience required.

Age Limit

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 24 years (as on 31-12-2025)
Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC-NCL, 10 years for PwBD.

Stipend

Rate of stipend payable to apprentices per month shall be as prescribed under Apprentices Act, 1961/1973, Apprentices Rules 1992/2019/2025 as amended from time to time.
