Eligibility Criteria (In-Depth)

1. Educational Qualification

Candidates must have passed the required qualification on or before 31-01-2026. Only regular full-time courses are accepted.

• Code 102 (Fitter): Matriculation (10th Pass) with ITI in Fitter Trade (min 2 years duration) with Pass class. Min 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Code 103 (Boiler): 3-year B.Sc with Maths, Physics, Chemistry, or Industrial Chemistry. Min 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Code 105 (Mechanical Tech): 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Min 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Code 106 (Electrical Tech): 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering OR Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Min 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Code 107 (Instrumentation Tech): 3-year Diploma in Instrumentation/Instrumentation & Electronics/Applied Electronics. Min 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Code 109 (Accountant): 3-year B.Com from a recognized University. Min 50% aggregate marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD).

2. Age Limit & Relaxation

Age Cut-off Date: 31-01-2026

• Minimum Age: 18 Years
• Maximum Age: 24 Years (General/EWS)
• Age Relaxation (SC): 5 Years (Max 29 years)
• Age Relaxation (ST): 5 Years (Max 29 years)
• Age Relaxation (OBC-NCL): 3 Years (Max 27 years)

3. Mandatory Requirements & Restrictions

• Experience: Candidates with 1+ year of job experience after acquiring the qualification are NOT eligible.
• Higher Education: Candidates possessing BE/B.Tech, MBA, CA, MCA, LLB or pursuing higher education are NOT eligible.
• Time Gap: Candidates must not have completed more than 5 years after acquiring the prescribed qualification (as on 31-01-2026).
• Correspondence Courses: Part-time, correspondence, or distance education qualifications are NOT accepted.
• Age Proof: Class X (Matriculation) Certificate is the only acceptable document for age proof.

Selection Process

Since this is an apprenticeship recruitment, there is no written examination. The selection process is as follows:

1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the merit of the qualifying examination (percentage obtained).
2. Document Verification: Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification at Mathura Refinery.
3. Final Selection: Subject to satisfactory document verification and medical fitness.
