Advertisement for engagement of Consultant in Tourism Department of IRCTC for Infrastructure Projects on Temporary basis. Any retired Executives of Government/ Railway PSU/Central Government/ State Government PSU having following eligibility criteria can apply: 1. Position: Consultant 2. Job Description: Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPRs), Feasibility Report, RFQ/RFP for Public Private Partnership Projects (PPP), Man-power Planning, Business Plans, SWOT Analysis, Draft MoUs, Budget Estimates, Contract Agreements, Technical & Financial Proposals etc. 3. Qualification Requirements: The applicant must be graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized University. 4. Experience: A minimum experience of 15 years in the areas of Project Management, Tender Processing, Joint Ventures(JVs), Preparation of Detailed Project Report (DPR), feasibility repors, Execution of Infrastructure Projects namely Buildings; Commercial complex, Tourism related infrastructure projects namely Convention Centers; Tourism Facilitation Centers; Hotels; Way side Amenities etc. 5. Desirable Experience should have worked in a Middle/Senior management position for at least 5 years in a Government/ Railway PSU/ Central Government/ State Government PSU in the relevant field of experience.
