Educational Qualification & Experience:Para Pump Operator & Para Fitter: Matriculation (10th) with relevant ITI certificate. Para Multi-purpose Worker: Middle pass (8th). All candidates must have experience in the related field of IPH/HPPWD/CPWD/PSUs or outsourcing agencies providing services in HP Jal Shakti Vibhag. Certificate issued by the Executive Engineer (JSV) is required.
Skills:Para Pump Operator: Knowledge of pump repair, fault location, electrical systems, installation, lubrication, and cooling systems. Para Fitter: Knowledge of pipe fitting, repairing water supply lines, cutting threads, and using tools. Both: Ability to carry tools and pipes in hilly areas, no physical disabilities or color blindness.
Age Limit:Minimum 18 years and maximum 45 years of age as of the application deadline.
Salary (per month): Fixed Honorarium: ₹7,100/- per month for Para Pump Operator and Para Fitter; ₹6,000/- per month for Para Multi-purpose Worker.
Selection Procedure:
- Percentage of Marks: Marks obtained in Matriculation (for PO/Fitter) or Middle (for MPW) — up to 5 or 6 marks.
- BPL Family: Additional marks for candidates belonging to BPL families — 1 mark (for PO/Fitter).
- Experience: Half (1/2) mark for every six months of relevant experience — up to 2 marks.
- Skill Test & Physical Test: Remaining 2 marks (physical test only for MPW).
Total selection process is of 10 marks.

Important Note: Shortlisting is based on marks obtained in Matriculation (for PO/Fitter) or Middle (for MPW). Candidates must attach detailed marks sheets. Applications without marks details will be rejected.
Terms & Conditions of Service
- Working Hours: 6 hours per day.
- Honorarium: ₹7,100/- per month for Para Fitter/PO and ₹6,000/- per month for Multi-purpose workers.
- Performance Review: A quarterly self-reporting format will be filled and submitted to the Junior Engineer. Unsatisfactory performance may result in termination after 3 notices.
- No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be paid for appearing in skill and physical tests.
