Himachal Pradesh Jal Shakti Vibhag Invites Application for 40 Para Fitter and Various Posts

Candidates who wish to apply for the HP JSV Para Recruitment 2026 must follow the offline application process below.

1. Read Official Notification: Download and read the official notification PDF from the HP JSV website.
2. Download Application Form: Use the format provided in the notification or download it from the official website: jsv.hp.nic.in.
3. Fill the Form: Fill all details carefully in English or Hindi. Attach a recent passport-size photograph.
4. Attach Documents: Self-attest and attach copies of all required documents (see list below).
5. Send Application: Send the completed application form to the address below via Speed Post or Registered Post.
6. Confirm Deadline: Ensure the application reaches before the last date: 20 August 2026, up to 5:00 PM.

For Para Pump Operator & Para Fitter:

• Bonafide Himachali Certificate
• Matriculation Certificate with detailed marks obtained
• Relevant ITI/Skill Development Certificate
• Proof of Age
• BPL Certificate (if any)
• Experience Certificate (as described)
• Character Certificate issued by 1st Class Magistrate
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate (if applicable)

For Para Multi-purpose Worker:

• Bonafide Himachali Certificate
• Middle Certificate with detailed marks obtained
• Proof of Age
• Experience Certificate (as described)
• Character Certificate issued by 1st Class Magistrate
• SC/ST/OBC/EWS Certificate (if applicable)

Important Note: Shortlisting is based on marks obtained in Matriculation (for PO/Fitter) or Middle (for MPW). Candidates must attach detailed marks sheets. Applications without marks details will be rejected.

• Working Hours: 6 hours per day.
• Honorarium: ₹7,100/- per month for Para Fitter/PO and ₹6,000/- per month for Multi-purpose workers.
• Performance Review: A quarterly self-reporting format will be filled and submitted to the Junior Engineer. Unsatisfactory performance may result in termination after 3 notices.
• No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be paid for appearing in skill and physical tests.

• Eligibility: Ensure you meet all the eligibility criteria, especially educational qualification and age limit, before applying.
• Complete Application: Submit a comprehensive application with all required self-attested documents. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• Offline Mode: Apply only via Speed Post or Registered Post. Do not send applications through courier or hand delivery.
• Deadline: Ensure your application reaches the office by 20 August 2026, 5:00 PM. Applications received after the deadline will be rejected.
