Educational Qualification:
Fleet Manager (Operations):
a) Degree/Diploma in engineering in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics.
b) MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).

Fleet Manager (Maintenance):
a) Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture.
b) MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).

Manager (HR): Full Time regular graduation in any discipline and with Full time regular Post graduate degree / diploma in Management with specialization in HR/ Personnel Management/ Industrial Relations/ Labour Management / Organizational Development/ etc., from recognized Institutes / Universities [with necessary documentary proof for equivalent to MBA].

Manager (Procurement): BE / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in any branch Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute.

Engineer (Electrical): BE / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engg.) in Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized university/ Institute.

Assistant (Electrical): ITI (2 Years) in Electrical or Electronics Desirable Qualification : Diploma (3 Years) in Electrical or Electronics.
