Educational Qualification:
Boat Operation Trainee (Male / Female):
1. Minimum 60% marks in ITI (Fitter, Electrician, Machinist, AC Mechanic and Diesel Mechanic) Last 3 years pass out only (ie, 2022 ,2023,2024). Or Minimum 60% marks in Diploma in (Electrical/ Mechanical/ Electronics) Last 3 years pass out only (ie,2022 ,2023,2024).
2. GPR License Certificate. (In the absence of GPR qualified candidates, others will also be considered however they will be paid reduced stipend of Rs.7000/month and upon obtaining GPR certificate, they will be paid full stipend of Rs.9000/month as notified).
3. After completion of one year training those holding GPR certificate will also be qualified for Advanced training for further 2 years (only for GPR license holder).

Fleet Manager (Maintenance):
a) Degree/ Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Naval Architecture
b) MEO Class 1 or Master Certificate (FG).

Manager (Finance): CA/ICWA.

Marketing Executive: MBA from an institute of repute with Marketing as one of the main specialization.

Consultant (Civil): Bachelor`s Degree or Equivalent in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute.

Pay Scale:
INR
9000-69000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 63 Years.
