Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata (SMPK) intends to engage Security Personnel on contract in the ranks of Sub-Inspectors, Gunmen and Lady Security Guards as per following details

1. Post Name: Sub Inspectors

2. No. of Vacancy: 16

3. Qualification and other criteria: From Retired Police/CISF/Army/Navy/Airforce/Other para-military forces. Experience: - Must have not less than 15 years experience in service. Those having experience in handling law and order situations, deployment of personnel enquiry, crowd control, direct action etc. will be preferred.

4. Minimum Qualification: - Higher Secondary or equivalent.

5. Monthly fixed honorarium: Rs.19,500/- (Under revision)

6. Essential:- Physical fitness and alertness is essential in all ranks. Should be able to participate in parade.

7. Posting:- Posting may be at any Dock or Off-Dock site or Headquarters of port security organization at the decision and direction of Security Advisor, KDS, SMPK.

2. No. of Vacancy: 17

3. Qualification and other criteria: From Retired Police/CISF/ Army/Navy/Air-force/Other Para-military forces. Experience: - Must have not less than 15 years experience in service . Must have adequate experience in direct action, patrol, watch, and ward.

4. Minimum Qualification: - Passed Class-VIII.

5. Monthly fixed honorarium: Rs.19,032/- (Under revision)

2. No. of Vacancy: 2

3. Qualification and other criteria: From Retired Police/CISF/ Army/Navy/Air-force/Other Para-military forces. Those having experience of handling law and order situation, crowd control, checking and frisking, etc. will be preferred. Preference will be given to CISF retirees.

4. Minimum Qualification: - Passed Class-VIII.

5. Monthly fixed honorarium: Rs,17,498/- (Under Revision)
