Radio Officer and Various Posts

Number of Vacancy: 07 Posts

Educational Qualification:
Senior Hydrographer: Candidates Should have B.Sc.(Nautical Science) with minimum 60% marks in aggregate/ 2nd Mate (FG)/ 1st Matic (FG)/ Dredge Mate Grade-I/ Dredge Master Grade-II.

Radio Officer: Candidates Should have a valid Indian GMDSS (GOC) Certificate. Experience:- Minimum 02 years experience in working on board vessels/ stations in the rank of Radio Officer/ Electro Technical Officer/ 2nd Officer.

Junior Marine Engineer: Candidates Should have a full-time apprenticeship in an approved marine workshop simultaneously attend an approved engineering course in a technical school and pass the examination required to obtain a diploma from the technical school. (or) Be an apprentice from a marine workshop who is eligible to take the Class IV Part A engineer’s examination. Must have equivalent training and experience from the Indian Navy.

Inland Master: Candidates Should have 1st Class Inland Master Certificate from Directorate of IWT, Government of West Bengal. Candidates possessing 1st Class Internal Master Certificate from Assam will also be eligible, provided they are approved by the Directorate of IWT, Govt. of West Bengal. (ii) Candidates should have five (05) years working experience on Board Tugs as Inland Master.

Pay Scale:
INR
40,000-57,000/- Per Month

Age Limit: Maximum 50 Years.
