Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for Sr. Manager (Corporate Legal) - KDS

• Essential Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University.
• Experience: 10 years of work experience in the Legal wing of Corporates.
• Desirable: Master’s degree in Corporate/Maritime Law. Experience in Port/Shipping Sector or practicing as an Advocate.

Eligibility for Manager (Corporate Legal) - HDC

• Essential Qualification: Degree in Law from a recognized National/International University.
• Experience: 5 years of work experience in the Legal wing of Corporates.
• Desirable: Master’s degree in Corporate/Maritime Law. Experience in Port/Shipping Sector or practicing as an Advocate.

Eligibility for Manager (Environment and Safety) - KDS & HDC

• Essential Qualification: A Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Science/Environmental Engineering from a recognized University.
• Experience: 5 years of work experience in Environmental Assessment/Regulations.
• Desirable: A Post Graduate Diploma in Safety Engineering/Industrial Health. Experience in Port/Shipping Sector/Infrastructure/Heavy Engineering.

Age Limit

• Sr. Manager (Corporate Legal): Upper Age Limit 45 years as on 01.12.2025.
• Manager (Corporate Legal): Upper Age Limit 40 years as on 01.12.2025.
• Manager (Environment and Safety): Upper Age Limit 40 years as on 01.12.2025.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.

Salary/Stipend

• Sr. Manager (Corporate Legal) (KDS): ₹1,60,000/- (consolidated per month).
• Manager (Corporate Legal) (HDC): ₹1,20,000/- (consolidated per month).
• Manager (Environment and Safety) (KDS & HDC): ₹1,20,000/- (consolidated per month).
• Annual increase in remuneration subject to maximum of 5% based on performance review.

Selection Process

Candidates fulfilling criteria shall be called for a Personal Interview (PI). The date, time, and venue of the PI will be intimated later.
