Educational Qualification & Experience:Stenographer: 12th pass with shorthand and typing skills. Programmer Assistant: Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Science/Social Science with 2 years of relevant experience.
Skills:Shorthand (80 wpm), typing/transcription (for Stenographer). Agricultural/laboratory knowledge and experience (for Programmer Assistant).
Age Limit:Stenographer: Not more than 27 years. Programmer Assistant: Not more than 30 years. Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India orders.
Salary (per month): Stenographer: ₹25,500 (Level-4). Programmer Assistant: ₹35,400 (Level-6). (7th CPC Pay Matrix)
Selection Procedure:
- Stenographer: Shortlisting based on application, followed by a Screening Test (dictation & transcription) and Personal Interview.
- Programmer Assistant: Screening of applications based on qualifications and experience.
Application Fee: ₹1,000 by Demand Draft drawn in favour of "The Secretary, SURE, BARMER" payable at Barmer.
