Educational Qualification: The applicant should be an engineering graduate, preferably from the Civil or Electrical Engineering discipline with good academic record from a recognized university/ institution. Experience: Applicants from private sector with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as CEO or a Director in an organization of repute and having handled multi-disciplinary engineering projects preferably in urban situations shall also be eligible.
