i) B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent from Govt. recognized University /Institute.

Director: The applicant should have the Civil /Electrical/Mechanical or Electronics and Communication Engineering with good academic record from a recognized university.

Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) is the rail company that is overseeing Lucknow Metro Rail project. The construction began on 27th September 2014. The first phase is expected to be completed by 2016. The Lucknow Metro project is the most expensive projects of Uttar Pradesh state. Once the construction is over, LMRC will operate the entire metro rail system.
Lucknow Metro Rail Corporation (LMRC) has been incorporated on 25th November 2013 under Companies Act, 1956. The certificate of commencement of business was issued on 24th December 2013. This Company will jointly be owned by Government of India (GOI) and Government of Uttar Pradesh (GoUP). The authorized capital of the Company is Rs 2000 Cr.
