The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) is the premier constitutional body responsible for conducting recruitment for government jobs in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Established under Article 315 of the Constitution of India, it plays a pivotal role in ensuring a fair and transparent selection process for various civil services and administrative posts. For aspirants of SSC, state-level PSC exams, and other Sarkari Naukri, MPPSC represents a gateway to secure and esteemed public sector careers.
Following the States Reorganisation Act of 1956, the new Madhya Pradesh was formed by merging fourteen districts of the erstwhile Madhya Pradesh with the states of Madhya Bharat, Bhopal, and Vindhya Pradesh. This reorganization necessitated the formation of a unified Public Service Commission for the new state. Prior to this, recruitment for the former Part "C" States of Bhopal and Vindhya Pradesh was managed by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC).
Commissioned with the critical task of selecting suitable candidates for the state bureaucracy, MPPSC is dedicated to national development and public welfare through efficient governance. By conducting competitive examinations and interviews, the commission ensures that the most competent individuals fill vacancies in the state's administrative framework. Aspiring candidates looking for the latest MPPSC recruitment notifications can rely on the commission's constitutional mandate to uphold meritocracy and integrity in its selection procedures.
