Mazagon Dock Shipbuilders Limited (MDL) Invites Application for Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2022

Applications are invited from 05-01-2022 to 25-01-2022 through Govt. NATS Portal to fill up the vacancies of Graduate / Diploma Apprentices for One Year apprenticeship| training in MDL

1. Post Name: Diploma Apprentices

2. No. of Post: 7

3. Stipend per month: Rs. 8000/-

4. Educational Qualification: A Diploma in Engineering or technology granted by a State Council or Board of Technical Education established by a State Government in relevant discipline A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an University in relevant discipline A Diploma in Engineering or Technology granted by an institution recognized by State Government or Central Government as equivalent to above. Those candidates having qualifications equivalent to any of the prescribed qualifications should submit Equivalency Certificate issued by the competent authority and without such certificate, their candidature will not be considered. Candidate passed their final qualifying semester of Degree / Diploma course in above mention engineering branches recognized by AICTE or GOI, on or after 01 April 2019 are eligible to apply.

5. Duration Of Training: The duration of Apprenticeship training will be for a period of one year as per Apprenticeship (Amendment) Act 1973.

Selection Procedure

1.The shortlisted candidates, as per merit based on the marks obtained in the qualifying examination, shall be called for document verification at MDL. The candidates would be required to furnish documents regarding proof of Date of Birth, Qualification, and Category etc

2. The date, time and venue for document verification would be intimated to the shortlisted candidates accordingly, in their email id registered on NATS portal as well as on uploading details on Company’s website (www.mazdock.in under Career / Apprentice).

3. Every candidate should have a valid email id & mobile no. and the same has to be registered with NATS. The email id & mobile no. must remain active until the end of the training programme in respect of the selected candidates. MDL will not be responsible for any loss of e-mail sent due to invalid / wrong E-mail ID provided by the candidate or delivery of e-mails to SPAM / BULK mail folder etc.

4. Shortlisted candidate has to attend the document verification on the date & time at MDL, intimated by the Company. Failure by the candidate to attend the document verification process on the date & time at the venue, would be treated as his/her Unwillingness to accept the selection procedure for the Graduate / Diploma Apprentice with MDL and those candidates will not be considered in further Selection Procedure.

5. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC shall produce their caste certificate in the prescribed format issued by the Competent Authority applicable for jobs under Government of India, during document verification.
