5. Dictation: 10 mts @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription: 50 mts (Eng), 65 mts (Hindi) (on the computer).

Selection Procedure
1. To reduce the number of candidates for one category of post for written examination, screening of applications on the basis of percentage of marks obtained in the examination for essential qualification may be carried out. The benchmark of percentage for short listing the number of application will be decided by the board of officers post receipt of applications in each category. The number of candidates to be called for written test may be restricted to 10 times of the vacancy. in case of large number of applications received.
2. Merely fulfiling the basic selection criteria does not automatically entite a person to be called for written test and no extra weightage for additional/ extra/ higher qualification will be awarded. Date of written test will be intimated subsequently.
3. Syllabus for the written examination: According to the essential qualification and related to the post.

The eligible candidates fulfilling the above specification may apply to Commandant, Military Intelligence Training School and Depot, Wanowarie Road, Pune-411 040 along with self-addressed envelope duly stamped of Rs 10/, so as to reach within 21 days from the date of publication of the advertisement. Only attested Xerox copies of certificates in support of educational/technical qualification, experience, caste, and date of birth are to be enclosed with the application. Ex-servicemen candidates are also required to attach copy of the Discharge Certificate.
