Eligibility Criteria

| CPCT Requirement | Valid CPCT (Computer Proficiency Certification Test) Score Card including Hindi Typing and Computer Proficiency. Candidates who have not cleared CPCT must do so within 3 years of probation, failing which appointment will be cancelled. |

| Live Registration | Candidates must have live registration with the Madhya Pradesh Employment Exchange |
Educational Qualification:Graduate Degree in any discipline from a recognized university. Additionally, a valid CPCT Score Card is required.
Skills:Computer proficiency (CPCT certified), Hindi typing, land management knowledge (after training), and administrative skills.
Age Limit:Between 18 and 45 years as on 01 January 2026 for permanent residents of Madhya Pradesh. In no case will the maximum age limit exceed 45 years, even after including all applicable relaxations, except for specific categories as defined in the rulebook.
Salary:
Pay Scale: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200 with Grade Pay of Rs. 2,100 per month.
Selection Procedure:
- Online Written Examination (Computer-based)
- Document Verification by District-level Committee and District Medical Board (for disability certificate verification)
Note: A minimum of 40% qualifying marks in the examination is required to be included in the merit list.
Application Fee:
- Rs. 500/- for Unreserved (UR) candidates
- Rs. 250/- for MP Domicile SC/ST/OBC/EWS/Divyang candidates
- No Fee for backlog vacancies under direct recruitment
- Additional MP Online Portal Fee: Rs. 60/- (kiosk) or Rs. 20/- (registered citizen login)
