Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Professional Interns
- Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any Discipline with First Class and Master of Business Administration with First Class from any recognized University/Institution within India.
- Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to persons with experience in the relevant field supported by field work/policy papers/appraisal and monitoring of projects & schemes.
- Soft Skills:
- Eager to learn and work with various departments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure.
- Strong Data Modelling, Research, and Analytical skills.
- Language: Knowledge of Marathi language is compulsory. Candidates must be conversant with English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Age Limit: Less than 35 years (as on 30-01-2026).
Salary & Other Details
- Stipend: Consolidated amount of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
- Increments: 5% annual increment on last drawn remuneration based on satisfactory performance.
- Contract Period: Initial period of 2 years, extendable to 4 years based on performance.
- Allowances: No allowance (DA, HRA, Transport, etc.) or medical reimbursement is applicable. TA/DA is not entitled for joining/completion, but compensation for travel if required will be as per MbPA norms.
🎯 Selection Process
Selection will be based on scrutiny and shortlisting of applications based on qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates may be called for a test/interview. Candidates must produce original mark sheets, character certificate, and self-declaration certificate at the time of joining.
