Eligibility for Professional Interns

• Essential Qualification: Bachelor Degree in any Discipline with First Class and Master of Business Administration with First Class from any recognized University/Institution within India.
• Desirable Qualification: Preference will be given to persons with experience in the relevant field supported by field work/policy papers/appraisal and monitoring of projects & schemes.
• Soft Skills:
  • Eager to learn and work with various departments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and cope well under pressure.
  • Strong Data Modelling, Research, and Analytical skills.
• Language: Knowledge of Marathi language is compulsory. Candidates must be conversant with English, Hindi & Marathi.
• Age Limit: Less than 35 years (as on 30-01-2026).

Salary & Other Details

• Stipend: Consolidated amount of Rs. 50,000/- per month.
• Increments: 5% annual increment on last drawn remuneration based on satisfactory performance.
• Contract Period: Initial period of 2 years, extendable to 4 years based on performance.
• Allowances: No allowance (DA, HRA, Transport, etc.) or medical reimbursement is applicable. TA/DA is not entitled for joining/completion, but compensation for travel if required will be as per MbPA norms.

Selection Process

Selection will be based on scrutiny and shortlisting of applications based on qualifications and experience. Shortlisted candidates may be called for a test/interview. Candidates must produce original mark sheets, character certificate, and self-declaration certificate at the time of joining.
