  • Autonomous Institutions/SAS Accountants in level 10 or above with knowledge of MS Office; or Retired C&AG Officers in Level 10 or above with knowledge of MS Office.

  • Handle travel arrangements, reimbursements, and administrative transactions.
  • Draft, edit, and proofread letters, notes, and reports.
  • Review correspondence, identify actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the concerned office.
  • Manage complex scheduling and streamline calendars.
  • Prepare background notes and documents for meetings.
  • Maintain databases, records, and files.
  • Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, and track action points.
